PHP mySQL Application Developer

We are looking to hire someone for an initial 2 month contract to develop a web based content management system in PHP and mySQL. This would  suit someone of intermediate to advanced level. There is no learning curve provided, you must be able to hit the ground running from day one. We are based in London and you would be required to spend some time at our offices.

The project is for an online survey system. If you have experience in creating CMS systems and are interested please visit our careers page to submit your application.

Briefly, the key system requirements include:

User module:

Setup admin users, permissions and passwords

Collector module:

This is for managing respondents based on their email address.

Ability to setup email lists, manage emails sent, view who has completed the questionnaire, opted out, progress of each respondent etc

Design Module

Designing the survey provides the survey owner with the ability to configure the question fields and page layouts.

Input fields for each question include multiple choice questions (radio and check boxes), matrix of drop down lists (select boxes), rating scales (radio buttons), single text and textarea input boxes, numerical text boxes, demographic information, date and time, image upload.

The person designing the questionnaire must be able to apply various types of validation to the input boxes

Ability to setup individual pages and sequence pages and specify where on each page the various input fields will be placed.

Ability to save, edit delete pages and questions.

Reports

View basic results as lists online

Ability to export raw data to Excel
